Dear Classmates,

Plans for our 45^th Class reunion are really shaping up! We want to thank those of you who have already sent in your down payments to help us with the deposits, mailing expenses, and other necessities involved in the planning. We have teamed up reunion members for each event.

o The reunion weekend will begin on Friday, September 15, 2006 at 7 pm with a mixer at the Elks Lodge Ballroom on Fourth Street and Railroad. We will have music, food and a cash bar. 50’s dress for this event is optional. There will be a prize for best 50’s attire. This event at our last reunion was a highlight of the weekend. Those of you who were there remember the special decorations that included the Workman’s Drive-In set and the wonderful music and dancing and conversations. There was a very touching moment of silence we shared in honor of the victims of 9/11 that had happened three days previously. We then spontaneously sang the National Anthem.

Saturday, September 16, at 1 pm we will meet at Benson Sculpture Park located east of Taft Avenue on West 29^th Street to tour some of the wonderful art galleries and/or the foundry that casts the sculptures and have an ice cream social to finish up the tour. Saturday evening there will be a banquet at the Cottonwood Club north of Loveland on Highway 287 and just south of Trilby Road about one half mile on the west side. The cocktail hour will begin at 6 pm and the dinner is at 7 pm. There will be a program after dinner emceed by some of your favorite classmates.

Sunday, September 17, there will be an optional breakfast at the newly remodeled Johnson’s Corner at 8 am. They are still famous for their cinnamon rolls. The cost for this breakfast will not be included in your reunion payment. Sunday afternoon at 12:30 pm there will be a picnic at Duane Webster Park aka Lakeside Park or the Cannon Park. Detailed information as it becomes available will be updated on the class website http://www.lovelandclass1961.homestead.com.

We are asking for a current picture of everyone to be included in the class reunion booklet along side your class picture. We have included a questionnaire for you to fill out or you can go to our class website and complete the questionnaire on line. Select ENTER on the first page and QUESTIONNAIRE SUBMITTAL on the 2^nd page. Please complete and/or update an existing questionnaire with your personal information by submitting a new questionnaire on line or by returning the enclosed questionnaire with your response whether you plan to attend the reunion or not. This allows us to include the information in the class reunion booklet to let your classmates know what’s going on in your life. This information needs to be updated and available to the class reunion booklet committee by June 15th This year so they can begin organizing the information to print the booklets.

While visiting your website, please check out the class directory to see if we have your current mailing and email addresses as well as your correct phone number. Please sign the guest book while you are on the site. Also please check the “Find These Folks” link to see if you have any information to help us locate them. You can email from the site.

Please send pictures or memorabilia that you would like to share with our class from grade school, junior high and/or high school. We can add them to our web site and make a DVD that will be available for the reunion events. The pictures will be returned to you after we have completed our updating

The early responses have been terrific. We will be seeing some classmates who have never been to a reunion before. We hope all of you will be there and make this the best reunion ever!!!
