Narrative:

In June of 1962 I graduated and received my first cosmetology license and have been doing hair for thee past 40 plus years. Owned and operated my own shop for 8 or so years. In 1985 I was introduced to a doctor in Denver who did the 4th operation on my throat to correct the nasal sounds and patch the hole that led to the nose from the throat. To everyone's surprise I do talk better than I had. In 1993 I moved to Greeley and started doing hair in a nursing home, and I really enjoyed the older people. In 1997 I was told that I was the new manager of the apartment complex where I am living and have been doing that as well. In 2005 I was given another complex to manage. Now I know how the teacher feels when the students have the excuses of why their homework wasn't turned in. Could write a book of excuses for not paying the rent.

I have no children of my own but I do have a lot of adopted kids and grandchildren who play an important part of my life.

I'm not sure if I will make it to the reunion or not so I'm hoping that this finds all my fellow classmates well, happy and enjoying their lives.
