Narrative:

I am a retired 28-year college art instructor. I came out of retirement to return to teaching alternative high school all subjects for the past six years. I have taught for 38 years. I have also been an artist in residence at several colleges over the past summers and have finished a large mural at Colby Community College in Colby, Kansas and Kamikan High in Kennewick, WA. I am the marine artist for the Grays Harbor Washington area in Washington. I have won national and regional awards in oils, watercolor and pencil. I have been married to Vicki for 38 years and our son, KC, is a principal in Yakima, WA, and our daughter, Kendra, is at Penn State on an MFA scholarship in costume design.
