Dear Classmates,

I will not be attending any of the events, but if there is some way I can share

in the expense of the printings/mailings, etc., please let me know. I would like

to receive any of the publications that come out of the get-together.

In this day and age, the biggest achievement may be that I am still married to

the same man I met and fell in love with back in 1967. Bill and I both enjoy

our two sons and daughters-in-law, and we are pleased to say that they are

all four strong Democrats.

Todd and Katie live in NYC, and we were very lucky that they were not

directly harmed by 9/11. Todd, as a freelance photographer, shot some

incredible footage of the fall of the towers, the aftermath, cleanup efforts,

etc. for USA Today. A year later, he covered stories of tower survivors

with a series of wonderfully sensitive family photos. He has photographed

all kinds of celebrities and CEO types, using his artistic creativity to capture

their basic essence, but his 'man-on-the-street' photos are my favorites.

You can see some of this work by Googling Todd Plitt. We have a

delightful grandson, Jackson, who was born on July 26, 2005, and he is

absolutely wonderful, of course. Todd and Katie are doing a great job with

him.

Jeff and Kirstin live in L.A., both doing well in the field of acting. Jeff was

the only American in a Canadian/South African TV series shot in Capetown

two years ago; he played the lead in Charlie Jade, a sci/fi thriller. It wasn't

picked up in the States, but the series is showing in France, England, Poland,

Romania, Canada, South Africa, Uzbekistan, and many other Eastern

European countries. (I can just see the sub-titles now!) You can Google

Charlie Jade, if you want to see something about the storyline. Both Jeff and

Kirstin may be seen in upcoming TV pilots this fall, but that isn't certain at

this point in time.

It is obvious that I consider my major achievements to be my family. I am

very proud of my sons and the creative artists they have become. They are

also very environmentally aware, politically astute, sensitive young men

who want to have a better healthier world for their children and their

friends' children to grow up in. Now that would be an achievement we

could all be proud of.
