Narrative

I have been in the real estate business for the past 28 years. I am single (again). Life has

been pretty good. I had a 5-way by-pass about 9 years ago and all is well. I still enjoy

hunting, fishing, good food and great wine. I have no plans for retirement and can't

imagine not working-- as long as it is fun-- when it quits being fun-- I will quit. I look
