Narrative:      After marrying Steve before our senior year began, I worked at the Rialto Theatre until Steve graduated from CSU.  Then, after moving to Wyoming, I did work with Girl Scouts, serving on the state level for a few years as well as in the Rock Springs and Green River areas.   I also did a lot of work with the local Audubon chapter.

Since moving to Pinedale we completed all our building projects.  I designed our house and most of the pine and oak furniture, which Steve built.  I busied myself with lots of gardening, both indoors and outdoors and I amaze myself at what seems to grow here with a little effort.  I usually have tomatoes, fresh lemons, and amaryllis in bloom, which I raised from seed, and many other things to give away to neighbors.  When Steve started getting up at 2 a.m. to plow snow in winter, I began going on Ebay to get fancy yarns I couldn't buy around here and have made lots of afghans and other items when there is not much else to do when the rest of our world is still asleep.

Our married daughter works as a chemical engineer at Hexcel Chemical in Utah.  She works with the carbon fiber that goes into Boeing and Airbus planes as well as many other products and does a lot of traveling here and in Europe.

Our married son work for BP in Evanston and his marriage has given us two grandsons who are fathers to 6 beautiful great-grandchildren.  They all come visit in the summer and are here during hunting season, too.

We had thought at first that we might make it to the reunion, but all the things involved with lots of family here and setting up camp in the Bridger Wilderness ahead of time makes it really hard for us to plan to get down there at that time.  My dad is still living in Loveland, so we do get down quite a bit.  Hope we can make the 50th.
