Narrative: I have worked as an escrow secretary, management secretary at Sunset Magazine and was an exec secretary for senior tax attorneys at Hewlett-Packard in Palo Alto, CA. for 11 years.

Don and I have been married for 44 years and have three daughters who keep us busy with 7 grandchildren. After College and 4 years in the Air Force, Don worked for Hewlett-Packard for 21 years, another 9 years at Fujitsu America / Japan and finally 11 years at Visa from which he retired a couple years ago. At Visa, he designed computer networks, which connected the banks and other transaction processing companies with Visa. The majority of his career involved managing Voice, Video and Computer Data networking teams at all three companies.

We moved from our home of 30 years in Sunnyvale (Silicon Valley) Ca. to Atascadero, Ca. that is approximately 200 miles South in the Central Coast area. Atascadero is about the size of Loveland when we lived there (pop 25K) and we are only 25 minutes from Morro Bay. We are in Central Coast Wine Country and there are several large lakes in the area with great fishing. Don also likes to restore old cars; He is working on a 1920 Model T now. Seems like every town in a 50-mile radius has a car show, cruise night, BBQ or some sort of function for everyone. We really like it here.
