I DO authorize sharing all of this information on the Class of 1961 Web Site.

Q1    What are some of your positive and some of your negative experiences with modern technology?

It amazes me how a laptop can store and process such an enormous amount of information; while answering a cell phone may deliver media in ways other than voice, and you can now be Dick Tracy, and see live who you are talking to in most parts of the world.

Q2    What are some of your most memorable experiences?

Fording the north end of Lake Loveland in Max's Model A Ford sedan certainly was a memorable moment; hanging out with Billy, Nolan, and Errol in grade school, and listening to Bill Z's jokes, especially regarding fast motorcycles. Living on 9th Street, and remembering the time spent with my first girl friends, Connie, Sharen, and Karen.

Q3    What fun activities/hobbies, etc. do you participate in?

Over the years Jan and I have shared interests in martial arts, swimming, travel, while managing a successful business. Together, we have met old and new friends in some remote and interesting parts of the world; and now have family residing in Thailand. In late April, 2011, some members of our old track club at ACU met, reminisced about races won or lost, and collectively decided that growing older is ok, even with the assistance of bionic parts.

Q4    What are some of the major changes in your life?

Major change seems to be a continual and evolving process; effected by adversity, experience and time. God's wonderful gift of Kim and John through Sally; Jim, Kathy, Jack, Samantha, Jerremy, Kay, Xander and Makayla; and Jan's and my life living with our 4 legged human critter Lilly the Lab in North Park have all been most memorable.

Personal narrative 2011       I have been truly blessed in having a few good friends, enjoying a rewarding career, and living in an area where the animals outnumber people.

Our LHS days will always be remembered and sometimes shared as being the best of times affording opportunities beyond imagination. An old rancher (our age) once shared that we are all on the great circle of life, and now is the present, and must be fully enjoyed.
